Last Updated: January 23, 2026. By using 2GoloShop, you agree to these terms and our Community Manifesto.
1. Nature of the Platform
2GoloShop is a decentralized-friendly connectivity platform. We facilitate direct peer-to-peer (P2P) connections between buyers and sellers who choose to trade physical or digital assets for cryptocurrency. We do not provide financial services, escrow services, payment processing, or legal mediation.
2. No Fiat & No Escrow
2GoloShop is a strictly 'Crypto-Only' ecosystem. We do not facilitate any fiat currency payments. Furthermore, we do not provide a native checkout or escrow system. All settlements happen directly between users on their chosen blockchain or method. Use 2GoloShop as a discovery layer, not a transactional intermediary.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of listings and the reliability of their counterparties. You agree to perform your own due diligence before sending any cryptocurrency. 2GoloShop does not verify asset ownership or the legal status of items listed.
4. Membership & Token Rewards
Posting listings requires an active annual membership ($15/year paid in USDT via TRC20, ERC20, or SPL/Solana). As a special community reward, every registered user is eligible to receive 150,000 2GOLO tokens on the Ethereum network (ERC-20).
5. Claiming 2GOLO Tokens
To receive your tokens, you must manually add the 2GOLO token to your MetaMask or Trust Wallet using the contract address: 0xfD26DB28440eAbDC2764cCf2dE5b94b29ce07511. Once added, provide your ERC-20 wallet address to the admin team via the dashboard to initiate the transfer.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not list illegal substances, weapons, fraudulent services, or any item that violates international or local laws. Use of the platform for money laundering, scams, or malicious activity will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2GoloShop, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, fraudulent listings, or failed P2P transactions.
P2P Trading Protocol
2GoloShop is not a party to any transaction. We do not hold funds in custody. If a dispute arises between a buyer and a seller, it must be resolved directly between the parties. We encourage users to use trusted third-party escrow services for high-value trades.
